  2. Log in and click ‘Proceed to Apply’ to fill in Step 1 (Personal Information) and Step 2 (Academic Information).
  3. Upload required documents in Step 3, including photograph, signature, Odia name, educational certificates, and category/PwD certificates.
  4. Pay the programme fee online through the payment gateway in Step 4.
  5. Review all inputs in Step 5 (Edit or Submit) and click ‘Save & Submit’ for final submission, then print the application form.

Issuance and Speed Post Delivery of Final Certificates

Final certificates for learners who successfully passed out in the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 are dispatched directly to their registered postal address via Speed Post in a phased manner.

Learners requiring address corrections were instructed to update their address on the OSOU student portal by 10 April 2026. Learners requesting degree certificate registration on the official portal enter their Enrollment Number and Security Text to proceed.
